It has 2 sets of hitch pin holes; One set lines up with the locking pins of the Diversi-Tech ball mount and One set lines up with the hitch pin holes in the 2-1/2 inch receiver. Works with both the Diversi-Tech DTLBM and DTALBM ball mounts. Stainless steel construction Made in the USA 1 Year Limited Warranty.
