It is fuse protected on the 120 VAC circuit, 12 Volt DC supply and the DC element. The improved thermocouple circuit helps to eliminate recurring check light problems and the food saver feature keeps the refrigerator operating if the eyebrow board or communication link fails. It has a built in control that allows temperature adjustment in the fixed temperature Americana and Freedom series refrigerators. The temperature control also allows compensation for aging and production variations in those units that have the -1-2-3-4-5- temperature control on the operator panel. It has a built in microcontoller for highly reliable operation. Use this Universal board on 2-way operation fridges or on 3-way AC / DC / Gas) by installing the optional fuse (provided) for 3-way operation. Also includes a protective cover.
