J-B Marine Weld - Formulated like the original J-B Weld, Marine Weld is also as strong as steel, and is water and weather proof. It is impervious to saltwater, chemcials, oil, acids and other corrosive materials. Marine Weld will bond to virtually any clean, dry surface including: iron, steel, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, pewter, porcelain, ceramic, marble, glass, concrete, fiberglass, wood, some plastics, and many more surfaces. When mixed at room temperature (70degrees F), Marine Weld will set in 4 to 6 hours, and cure in 16 to 24 hours. Marine Weld is so versatile that it is used by marine science to mend the shells of turtles injured by boat propellers.
